Wise Dan plays waiting game

Legendary two-time Horse of the Year Wise Dan has sights set on an eight-year old campaign. Recovering from a leg injury that sidelined him last October, the Charlie LoPresti trained gelding is awaiting some x-rays to determine when he can think about getting back to the track. A graded stakes winner on three different surfaces, grass has been his specialty of late. Fans far and wide anxiously await his return, but rest assured, LoPresti and owner Morton Fink will not rush the superstar back too soon.
