The Bing Crosby meet at Del Mar is off and running. The first stakes race of the fall meet was a thriller that saw Handy Dandy win by a nose in the Let It Ride Stakes. This Peter Miller-trained three-year-old picked up his third win of 2022 with a courageous effort in this one-mile run over the Jimmy Durante turf course. In all fifteen stakes races will be contested at a meet that runs through December 4.
