The Dale Romans trained Dennis’ Moment is one of the top early contenders on the road to Kentucky Derby 146. This vastly talented son of Tiznow broke his maiden at Ellis Park in his second career start with a 19 3/4 length creaming of the competition. He followed that with an educational wheel to the wire in the Iroquois Stakes at Churchill Downs on September 14. The latest victory placed him atop the points leaderboard in the Road to the Kentucky Derby chase. The Breeders’ Cup Juvenile on November 1 at Santa Anita is the likely next stop for a colt conditioned by Churchill’s all-time leader in training wins.
